ERGOplus Lanyards

Premium Height Safety Equipment for construction,
maintenance, telecoms, mining and general industries

 ERGOplus Premium Lanyards

ERGOplus Premium energy absorbing lanyards are designed to minimise the forces endured by an operator should a fall occur. Maximum user weight is 140kg while still remaining within the parameters and certification to AS/NZS 1891.1 2007. No additional fall clearance needs to be calculated when performing risk assessments. Lightweight aluminium components and Xtreme guard webbing combine to add outstanding safety and value to this range.

STANDARD FEATURES

Code

Description

1 140kg tear web energy absorber
Does not require additional fall clearance to comply to
Australian standards.

2 Aluminium lightweight fittings
Robust and lightweight, offer genuine user acceptance and
confidence with less fatigue and high quality feel and function.

3 XtremeGuard webbing
Highly brasion resistant webbing gives better value and
safety through longevity. Oil and liquid resistance aides
the cleaning process and accelerates drying times. All this
in a webbing that is soft and pliable to the touch

4 Kernmantle Rescue standard rope
11mm kernmantle rope fully complies to AS 4142.3 with
full length tracer tape and contrasting sheath over a white
core. This allows an objective inspection criteria by highlighting
the damaged sheath against the inner core and takes the
guesswork and assumptions out of the inspection process.

5 High density contrasted stitching
The high density multiple bar tack sew pattern resists
abrasion better than traditional patterns. The contrasting
colour makes inspection easier..

6 Stowage loops on all twin lanyards
The need for an operator to avoid connecting an unused leg of
a twin lanyard is critical. To avoid this, each SpanSet twin leg lanyard has clearly marked stowage points for unused lanyard legs. They are also rated in case of misuse.

Xtreme-Guard Webbing with Self Healing Matrix

A super soft feel webbing which has been treated with a non toxic compound to maximise oil and water resistance. This makes cleaning a much easier task and enhances abrasion resistance. The treatment will self repair should the extremely thin polymer coating become damaged, due to its plasticine like flow qualities and the ability to re-close mechanically affected areas itself.
